No one is perfect, even with our devices there can be now and then a lemon. However, this is extremely rare*, which is why we also offer a 3-year warranty** for the majority of our product portfolio. If your Snom device should prove to be defective within the warranty period, you are entitled to repair or replacement (RMA - Return Material Authorization).
*For many years, our RMA rate has been below 0.3% annually.
