The Snom D385 fits seamlessly into any office environment with its versatile features and timeless design. In addition to the high-resolution, tiltable colour display, the Snom D385 has an additional second display, which makes the tedious labelling of the function keys a thing of the past.
On the large 4.3" TFT colour display, the phone offers easy access to all important information such as call lists, address books and functions. All keys on the second display have multicoloured LEDs so that nothing is overlooked in the hectic office routine. A total of 48 entries are available to the user on four switchable pages. Each key can be individually assigned BLF, speed dialling, call forwarding or other functions via the telephone system or directly on the telephone.
The proven HD audio quality of Snom is made possible by the integrated "Digital Signal Processor" (DSP), which encodes and decodes the audio signals in real time. This gives every conversation partner the feeling that they are sitting directly opposite each other.
In addition, the phone has an integrated Gigabit Ethernet switch with "Power over Ethernet" (PoE) functionality*, integrated Bluetooth (except for the D385N model) and a USB port for easy pairing of accessories such as the Snom D3 or USB headsets. With the Snom A230 DECT dongle and the Snom C52-SP the Snom D385 can easily be extended to a flexible conference solution.
*The network input (labelled NET) can be connected via PoE. Receive power for the phone via the connected network cable.
For easy adjustment to changing light conditions or to different sized users, the D385 can be tilted in 6 click-stop positions.

Snom desk phones can be highly customised. In addition to being able to customise the phone's user interface (UI), most models can also be physically customised.
The latest firmware for your Snom device can be found at the link below. When updating, please follow all safety instructions and take into account which firmware version is currently permitted by the PBX you are using.
You may not be able to update your Snom device manually, but only via the web interface of your PBX.
