The aim of Snom's training and certification programme is to provide Snom's sales partners with qualified insight into Snom products, SIP and the VoIP industry, including sales, technical training and deployment of the devices.

Snom initiated the SCE programme due to high demand from telecom and IT partners for information on how best to access the IP market. Our comprehensive training programme provides channel partners and system integrators with best-practice guidelines on how end-users can manage the migration from traditional telephony to IP technology. 

After successful completion of the training, participants are entitled to use the title Snom Certified Engineer (SCE). Sales partners who become certified partners and employ the required number of SCEs benefit from further benefits such as extended support and assistance in handling project requests from end customers by Snom product specialists.
